Collaborative Care
My approach is grounded in partnership, where we combine my clinical expertise with your lived experience. Together, we’ll navigate challenges, make informed decisions, and problem-solve at every step. Healing happens when we both are engaged and actively a part of the process as a team.
Education & Empowerment
I am here to help you understand your symptoms, how you got here, and how to heal. I strongly believe knowledge is power and is vital to ease fear and put you back in the driver’s seat. My goal is for you to continue to feel good long after our work together. That means giving you the tools and confidence to care for yourself, while knowing I’m here to support you whenever you need.
Whole-Body Healing
It is often not enough to just treat the area in which symptoms are directly located. Which is why I’ll spend time addressing not just the musculoskeletal aspects of your symptoms, but also the impacts of sleep, nutrition, mental health, and daily habits. We’ll create a treatment plan that uses evidence-based physical therapy techniques, cares for you holistically, and feels right for you. My goal is for you to achieve more than just symptom relief, but to experience lasting health and vitality in your body.
